Turkey and Bean Meatballs

In a mixer blend together:

1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 1/2 cups cooked white beans
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp marjoram
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp onion powder (or 1/2 onion minced)
1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced)

Using a 1 inch cookie dough scoop, place the meatballs on a cookie sheet sprayed lightly with oil.

Roast at 400 for 15 minutes or until done.

Makes 56 meatballs

Meatballs may be frozen, to use later.
