Kale Chips

I love the light, crispy, and salty flavor of these chips!  Whenever I make them, my kids devour them within minutes!



One bunch of kale
Sea Salt
Olive Oil spray

Wash and dry your kale.
Spray olive oil on your pan.
Break the Kale leaf away from the rib and break into 2 inch pieces.
lightly rub the kale into the oil on the pan.
Sprinkle the kale with sea salt.
Bake at 350 for 11 minutes.  The edges of the kale will appear crisp and brown.

1 cup serving = 53 calories
