QI love pizza.  I am always trying to find a healthier way to prepare my pizza.  So when I heard about cauli-crust pizza, I had to try.  The results: some of the best pizza I have ever had!  I hope that you enjoy my version!

1 cup cauli-rice
3 TBS egg whites (or chia gel)
1/4 cup skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp of Italian Herbs

Mix everything together well.  Place the mixture on parchment paper and flatten out with the back of a spoon.  Bake at 425 for 8 minutes. 
You can now either save this in the freezer for future use, or pile it up with your favorite pizza toppings.  Just be sure to let it cool for 3-5 minutes before eating (It helps to keep the crust together.)

Each cauli-crust is 105 calories (If you use 1% cheese it is 135 calories)
