1/2 cup yogurt (if using plain, add 1/2 TBS honey, and 1 tsp vanilla)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)
Blend until smooth. Add more honey if needed.
Hint: The riper the fruit is, the sweeter the smoothie is!
