Zucchini Dip

  Everytime I take this recipe to a party, everyone asks for the recipe.  Not only is this gooey and yummy, but the entire recipe only has 200 calories!  So go ahead and eat as much as you would like!


1 cup of shredded zucchini rinsed, drained and patted dry
1 TBS milk
1/4 cup yogurt
1 clove of garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 -1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/3 cup of parmesean cheese

Add all of the ingredients together in a bowel.  Spray an oven safe dish with pam spray,

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and toasted.

Enjoy with fresh pita wedges or crackers!
