Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

I just love waking up to warm, fluffy pancakes.  Some blender pancakes are thin and flat, but these are light and fluffy!  YUM!

Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes

 1 ¼ cups milk
 1 1/2 cups whole wheat kernels
¼ cup flax seed
 1 egg
 1/3 cup canola oil
 1 TBS baking powder
1/2 cup of water (or more, depending on how thick your batter is)

 Add everything to blender in order listed and blend until all kernels are gone.  Add extra water until desired thickness is achieved.  I like mine to resemble the consistency of yogurt.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle.  When the batter is bubbling, flip the pancake over and continue to cook until the pancake is golden brown.

Recipe yields about 24 pancakes
