Roasted Broccoli

Broccoli as a main dish?  My kids love roasted vegetables so much, that they never complain when I serve them up as a main dish.  Their toasted, smokey flavor always bring my kids asking for a second helping!
1 cup of broccoli spears for each person
Olive oil spray
Sea salt grinder
Spread the broccoli out on a cookie sheet and gently spray with olive oil. Sprinke with salt (using a larger grindeing setting.)

To Bake: Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes (the leaves will appear toasted)

To Broil: Broil for 5 minutes and the turn the broccoli over and broil for an additional 5 minutes.

To Grill: On Medium heat, grill the broccoli until the leaves are toasted, then flip the broccoli over and continue to cook the other side until toasted.
