Roasted Asparagus

Hnads down, asparagus is my family's favorite vegetable!  It seems like I can never make enough of it.  Our favorite way to prepare it is on the grill, but it still comes out tasting great when we use our oven.

1 cup of asparagus spears for each person
Olive oil spray
Sea salt grinder
Spread the asparugus out on a cookie sheet and gently spray with olive oil. Sprinke with salt (using a larger grindeing setting.)

To Bake: Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes (the leaves will appear toasted)

To Broil: Broil for 5 minutes and the turn the asparugus over and broil for an additional 5 minutes.

To Grill: On Medium heat, grill the asparagus until the leaves are toasted, then flip the asparagus over and continue to cook the other side until toasted.

Hint: Serve these  "Asparagus Fries" as a side dish for Black Bean Burgers.
