Oatmeal Pudding

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup yogurt
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1/2 cup of Milk (try using Soy Milk or Rice Milk)
1 TBS Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Mix together seal in a covered dish, and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning you can eat it plain, or top it off with some fresh fruit.
