1/4 lb of Mizithra Cheese shredded
2 cups of prepared pasta (I like to use a mixtue of whole grain pasta and vegetable pasta)
2 TBS butter
3 cups of steamed or roasted broccoli
In a sauce pan heat butter on med-low until the butter turn brown. Stir frequently to keep the butter from burning. Toss the pasta and brown butter together.
On a plate place your pasta & butter, add broccoli, and top with Mizithra Cheese.
