Fried Zucchini


3/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 super large zucchini cut about 1/4 inch thick

2 TBS olive oil
Mix all of the ingredients together except for the zucchini.
Dip the zucchini in batter and fry in 2 TBS of hot oil and cook until golden.
Flip the zucchini over and cook until golden.
