Rolls


Rolls

1.  Prepare your favorite bread recipe.
Vegan White Bread
Vegan Wheat Bread  
Basic White Bread  
Honey Wheat Bread  
Artisan Bread

2.   After the first rise, knead the dough and roll into 12-14 rolls. (Optional step: you may freeze the roll balls at this point, to use in the future.)

3.  Place in a warm location to rise for about 30 minutes (If frozen, may need 60 minutes.)

4.  Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 for 14 minutes, when the tops are golden.
   
Hint: Prepare earlier in the day, but instead of baking for 14 minutes, bake them for 7 minutes and set them aside until dinnertime.  Just reheat them for 9 minutes at 375, when you are ready to serve them.
