Roasted Garlic Hummus


Roasted Garlic Hummus

1 can of Garbanzo beans or 1 1/2 cups cooked beans and 1/3 cup bean water (1/2 cup dried beans cooked)
2 TBS tahini paste (buy near the soy sauce)
2 TBS roasted garlic
1/2 TBS lemon juice
2 TBS olive oil
Blend in a blender until smooth.

Serve with toasted pita bread or celery sticks.
