Pita Bread
 1.  Prepare your favorite bread recipe.
2.   Vegan White Bread
Vegan Wheat Bread  
Basic White Bread  
Honey Wheat Bread  
Artisan Bread

After second rising, knead dough into 12-14 balls.
3.  Roll out the balls into flat circles.
4.  Bake in a preheated oven at 550 for 1 1/2 minutes (they will be puffed) then flip and bake for an additional 1 1/2 minutes.
